- Any product ordered, cannot be cancelled after 24 hours of ordering.
- Please choose the items carefully and place the orders. Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or changed after 24 hours of placing the order. Incase of wrong orders placed, immediately send a mail to: [email protected] or whatsapp: 7005087854 (no calling please) for rectification. Make sure you take this step within 24 hours of placing the order. (Remember to notify with the Order number)
- We take enormous care to ship you the best available brand new zero defective items. However, Incase of receiving any broken or defective product, (could be due to shipping), please drop a mail with the photos of the items to: [email protected] or Whatsapp: +91 7005087854 (no calling please) and our team will investigate the matter and if found genuine will dispatch a replacement. You can return the item to: Paharizones, U.Mawprem, Near Prysbetarian Church, Shillong, Meghalaya, pin: 793002.
(Remember to notify with the Order number) - Make sure that you insert the full correct address before making the payment. If the address is incorrect, then do rectify it within 24 hours of making the Order. or immediately send a mail to: [email protected] or Whatsapp message on +91 7005087854 within 24 hours of making the order. - Cash on Delivery is available only on proper verification of the customer. Queries and all should be properly communicated by the buyer and only then placed the order. Cash on Delivery Orders are replaced only in case of defect in the product and not otherwise.
- Defective items can only be replaced after 7days of receiving the product and not after that.
- For size and weight issues please send your proper queries before placing the order, as it is all handmade product and sometimes vary in size of almost 5-10 inches in size including the extended threads. And weight to almost 100-150 gms in difference. Such difference shall not be replaced or refunded.
- We take extra care to push the courier companies to deliver our products on time. Incase of any delay from the courier companies, Paharizones should not be held liable.
- Refund: Refund can only be generated incase we are not able to provide a replacement for the Cancelled Or Damaged Product. Once the Refund is initiated, it will only be credited to the account of the Buyer in 1 week time. The Buyer will be contacted by the Paharizones team to share the Bank details in the name of the Buyer only. Once confirmation is made of the Buyer’s bank details, Refund shall be initiated which may take about a week (maximum) to process the same.
